Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at shop.everydaypulse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes personalized plaques, custom photo blankets, and engraved jewelry. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Note: this right does not apply to custom or personalized items under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shop.everydaypulse@gmail.com.
